A quick orientation before the plan — what Lower blepharoplasty is, how it differs, and whether it is right for you. The full guide goes deeper.
What is Lower blepharoplasty?
The lower eyelid holds a fat pad that can push forward and cast the puffiness or shadow no sleep corrects. Surgery redistributes or removes that fat and tightens the supporting tissue so the lid sits back in its natural plane.
How is it different from the alternatives?
Two approaches reach the same fat pad: trans-conjunctival, inside the lid, leaving no external scar, suited to good skin quality; and sub-ciliary, below the lash line, when skin excess also needs removing. Your anatomy decides which.
Am I a candidate?
The surgeon decides from your goal and a few photos, and tells you plainly in your written plan — you do not have to work it out yourself first.
What if I am not a good fit?
Then your plan says so honestly — the surgeon proposes an appropriate alternative, or advises against it. Nothing unsuitable is offered.
What are the risks?
If your dark circles are pigment-based, surgery won't remove them — it only lifts the shadow cast by the fat pad. Settling also isn't linear: the lid can swell and fluctuate for weeks before it fully settles.
What your written plan covers
One written plan, agreed up front — so you know exactly what is and isn’t in it before you fly.
- Surgeon’s fee & the procedure itself
- JCI-accredited theatre & anaesthesia
- 5 nights’ hotel accommodation
- Airport & clinic transfers
- Medication, aftercare kit & supervised first review
- Complication cover & follow-up review

Commonly combined in a single plan
The eye procedures patients commonly combine in one trip — same surgeon, one recovery, one written plan. Your surgeon confirms what is safe to combine for your case.
Lower blepharoplasty + Upper blepharoplasty
Indicative € bands, confirmed in your written plan.
How the plan protects you
Here is exactly how the same-surgeon plan protects you from intake to review.
Your surgeon performs it personally
The surgeon named on your written plan designs, performs and reviews your procedure — no technician-only rooms, no “assigned on the day.”
A JCI-accredited hospital
Your procedure is in a hospital holding JCI accreditation and TEMOS certification — with on-site medical escalation if it’s ever needed.
Honest recovery, told first
We walk you through the real recovery timeline — including the parts that worry people — before they happen, so nothing takes you by surprise.
Confirmed before you pay
You know who is operating and approve your written plan first. The figure is fixed in writing before you fly.

Matched to your case, not to a rota

The same surgeon hears your intake, signs your plan, performs the procedure and reviews your recovery.
Cases matched to your case.
We do not publish a public gallery. Ask the medical team and they will send before-and-after cases from patients whose pattern and anatomy resemble yours — which is the only comparison that tells you anything. A gallery shows whoever photographed best; a matched set shows people like you.
