The honest answers, in print
Will I see the same surgeon at every stage?
Yes. The surgeon who hears your intake is the surgeon at the operating table, at the splint-removal review, and at the twelve-month video review. This is the only model we operate.
What does 'JCI-accredited' mean in practice?
Joint Commission International is the international standard for hospital safety and quality. BHT Clinic holds facility-wide JCI accreditation. The audit covers anaesthesia, infection control, surgical safety, patient identification, and discharge protocols.
Can I have a written plan before I commit?
Yes. Once your photographs and history are received, your matched surgeon signs a written plan in your language within 48 hours. There is no fee for this and no obligation to proceed.
What happens if I need help after I go home?
Your coordinator stays on call for twelve months. Video reviews are booked at month three, six, and twelve. If something needs the surgeon's eye between scheduled reviews, you message the coordinator and they arrange the call.
What languages do you operate in?
Eight languages at intake: English, Romanian, Italian, Spanish, French, Albanian, Arabic, and Farsi. Arabic and Farsi are served right-to-left, including the written plan and the after-care card.
Do you publish individual outcome statistics?
We do not publish revision rates, complication counts, or audit datasets at the surgeon level. The numbers that exist are the operational ones: case load, recovery infrastructure, accreditation status. Outcome work belongs in the consultation, with the surgeon, on your specific case.
